  • Aimee Baker

    Instructor: <p style="text-align:left;"> Aimee Baker earned her Pilates teaching certificate from the internationally renowned Pilates Center of Boulder in 2002 and her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Dance at the University of Colorado. She is certified to teach the Functional Movement Screen, Pilates, Corealign®, Lagree Fitness, AFAA Primary Group Exercise, and NASM Group Personal Training. Aimee was selected as the Best Personalized Pilates Teacher by the Philadelphia Magazine in 2008. Aimee enriches her approach to movement with her education in anatomy. <br> In 2008, she graduated from Body Language, a 200-hour course with the anatomist Thomas Myers. She is currently faculty in training in Myers’s Anatomy Trains® program and brings this information to the movement world. She is also an ongoing participant in intensive full body dissections. A steady and nurturing teacher, Aimee helps every client achieve gradual and lasting physical changes. Her multifaceted Pilates classes help students develop body awareness and strength in order to better manage and counterbalance the demands of daily living. <br> Aimee lives in Douglas County with her husband Gus, 7-year-old daughter Carolena and baby boy Carlos. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, golfing and salsa dancing. </p>

  • Cynthia Kilgore

    Instructor: <p style="text-align:left;"> Cynthia Kilgore earned her Pilates certification from Balanced Body Pilates in 2017. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville Texas, where she was also involved in Pilates student teaching. She has a background in dance and choreography and received a SHSU Dance Scholarship, and the Mary S. and G. Scott McCarley Performing Arts Scholarship. She also danced professionally in New York for two years. <br> In 2013, Cynthia began practicing Pilates with her college roommate who had a severe back injury. Her roommate is now pain free! <br> New to Colorado in 2019, Cynthia is an experienced Club Pilates instructor. Prior to being an instructor at Club Pilates Parker, she has taught at several other Club Pilates locations throughout the nation including: North Fort Worth Club Pilates (Colleyville TX), North 3rd/ Williamsburg Club Pilates (Brooklyn NY), Cobble Hill Club Pilates (Brooklyn NY), and Tribeca Club Pilates (Manhattan NY). <br> Along with Pilates, dance, and choreography, Cynthia stays active with water activities and enjoys all things outdoors. </p>

  • Nikki Kilbane

    Instructor: <p style="text-align:left;"> Nikki Kilbane is a seasoned movement educator, utilizing the Pilates methodology gained in her certification through Polestar Pilates in 2006. Since then she has been busy adding many secondary educational tools through Pilates Excel, Bastyr University, and Rossiter to place an emphasis of rehabilitative work into her program. She has a BA in Marketing from the University of Memphis. <br> Nikki is originally from Olive Branch, MS and moved to CO at the end of 2000. By 2002, she had a newborn baby and a desire to try a Pilates class to get back into shape. Living in Bailey meant the closest class was 45 minutes away but completely worth the time commitment. She was fortunate to have amazing Pilates teachers encourage her to make the leap from a stay at home Mom to fitness educator. In addition to learning anything she can get her hands on in the wellness industry, Nikki also enjoys hiking with her favorite four-legged friends, exploring new places with her family, and working behind the scenes for her daughter's theater productions. <br> The benefit she has enjoyed the most from Pilates is the amazing community she has gained. Clients become friends and it is true that we “Do Pilates, Do Life” together. </p>

  • Jody Robeson

    Instructor: <p style="text-align:left;"> Jody Robeson has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Truman State University in Missouri, a Master’s of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Boston University. She received her Pilates certification through Pilates Method Alliance and has been teaching for over 10 years. <br> As an avid runner in college, Jody utilized Pilates to support her running and prevent injury. Seeing the benefit of Pilates for preventing injuries and improving postural deficits, she also incorporated it into her physical therapy practice. She loves helping people move and feel better through Pilates. <br> Jody moved to the Parker area in the summer of 2018. She is a mother of 4 boys, has 2 dogs, and enjoys exploring Denver and the Colorado mountains. </p>

  • Mindi Westfall

    Instructor: <p style="text-align:left;"> Mindi Westfall has a master’s in education from the University of Georgia, where she studied sports communication and sports management and was an avid volleyball player. After college Mindi suffered back injuries including a bulging disk. Her road to recovery led her to Pilates and she no longer experiences pain from her injuries. Her personal experience with the natural healing promoted through Pilates and her desire to help others, inspired her to become a Pilates instructor. Mindi has been practicing Pilates for more than 12 years and has a National Pilates Certification. Mindi’s favorite apparatus is the reformer, and out of the hundreds of exercises in Pilates the classical repertoire is her favorite. As an instructor Mindi loves challenging others to get stronger and go outside of their comfort zone. She also loves the lightbulb moments when they feel an exercise in the right way. <br> Mindi has a passion for life and an outgoing personality. She has a way of making everyone feel at home in the studio. When she is not doing or teaching Pilates, Mindi enjoys spending time with he parents, who recently moved to Colorado, and with her dog Mazee. </p>

  • Alissa Hill

    Instructor: <p style="text-align:left;"> Alissa Hill is passionate about teaching others about health and movement. She has been teaching movement in many forms including Pilates, the Franklin Method, dance, and yoga since 1999. Alissa recieved her pre certification and Mat cert from The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO. Alissa was certified as a master trainer, full aparatus certification in Pilates with Julian Littleford in California, apprenticed with AlanHerdman in England, and the Franklin Method with Eric Franklin where she received her movement education certification. <br> She is always exploring and gaining further understanding through research and personal experience. Her passion for science, movement, and anatomy brings a fresh perspective to her classes. This fusion truly exemplifies the idea of working with both mind and body. <br> Alissa is a wife, mother of two, a dancer, and she enjoys trail running, watercolor painting, and writing stories. </p>

  • Cara Booth

    Instructor: <p style="text-align:left;"> Cara has a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. She has practiced as a physical therapist in the outpatient clinical setting, has worked as a Wellness coach, and is certified in Motivational Interviewing. As a Physical Therapist, she began using Pilates to help her patients improve their core strength. Cara believes that core strength is foundational for every type of sport or exercise and can allow us to excel at daily life tasks. After realizing the benefits of reformer-based Pilates, Cara trained and received her instructor certification through Club Pilates. <br> Cara stays active with many activities including: hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, and snowshoeing. She also loves to travel and to spend time with her friends and family. </p>

  • Andrea Fowler

    Instructor: <p style="text-align:left;"> Andrea Fowler knows first-hand about the healing nature of Pilates. She started taking reformer-based classes more than 10 years ago and noticed immediate benefits in her body including increased strength and flexibility. Her love for Pilates increased and was transformed into a passion for teaching through personal injury. Andrea had taken a break from Pilates and was training for a half marathon when she suffered two herniated disks and a torn labrum in her hip. She was fortunate to have a physical therapist who incorporated reformer-based Pilates into her rehab. Through this rehabilitation she experienced healing and freedom from the pain of her injuries. <br> Andrea received a Peak Pilates level 3 comprehensive certification and is also certified in Trigger Point Therapy. She regularly participates in local workshops to further her training and expertise. She enjoys volunteering at assisted living establishments and teaches Pilates to individuals in wheelchairs. She has a warm welcoming nature and enjoys the opportunity of getting to know new members in the Club Pilates community. </p>
