StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Parker offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I graduated with a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and have previous experience working in both physical therapy and chiropractic settings. I'm a certified ACE Personal Trainer and AFAA Group Exercise Instructor, 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, NASM Golf Fitness Specialist, and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist with my Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from UW-Milwaukee. I'm the Lead Flexologist here, and my favorite part of my job is training and educating the Flexologists, and also educating you so you can continue to improve the way you move and feel on the days that you don't have an appointment with us!
I am a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Barre Instructor, and I'm currently pursuing my NASM Personal Training certification and NASM Nutrition Coach certification. I have worked in the Yoga industry for many years where I have come to love the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Helping others improve their overall well-being and quality of life is a passion of mine.

I truly believe that stretching and flexibility allows the body to achieve fitness and lifestyle goals that could not be obtained without it. I love stretching clients with all different goals, from the athlete who wants to prevent sports-related injuries to the retiree who wants to relieve the pain in their back. I am excited to work with you!
I started at StretchLab working the front desk and progressed on to work as a Flexologist. I've been a gymnast my whole life, and that experience nudged me into the health and wellness field. I love helping people achieve their goals through stretching and promoting different ways to improve their everyday life. I'm currently studying nutrition and dietetics at MSU Denver, and hope to help people improve their health for years to come!
I graduated from Midland University with my degree in Human Strength and Conditioning. I also have my FMS, CPR, and ASFA certifications and am working on my NASM personal training certification as well. Outside of StretchLab I am a personal trainer and fitness coach. I’ve played football since I was 8 years old all the way through college, and love to hear about young athletes and their sports. I’ve enjoyed every second of working at StretchLab! I love what I do and hope to stretch with you soon.
I have an education in Exercise Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver, accredited by ACSM. I love working with kids and have been a soccer and swimming coach for many years. I have always had a passion for helping others and being a Flexologist here at Stretchlab allows me to help you reach your goals and improve your overall wellness through stretching!
Hometown: Gentry, Arkansas I graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Master’s in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Biomechanics and hold the NSCA’s Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification along with a handful of other fitness certifications. I am excited to bring a passion for helping people feel better and helping others reach their health and fitness goals to the Stretch Lab community.
